Job Notes

Job Notes allow you to attach additional information to a print job.

To print using Job Notes:

  1. At the bottom of the Printing Preferences window, click Job Notes Job Notes button.
  2. Do one or more of the following:
    • Select a job name.
    • Select a sender name.
    • Select a recipient name.
    • Type a Banner Message.
    • Type a Job Start Message.
    • Type additional account information.
  3. Click OK.
