Add a Named Paper

To add a named paper:

  1. On the Printing Options tab, from the Paper list, select Named Paper.
  2. Click the top menu, then select My Paper List.
  3. Click New.
  4. For Paper Name, enter a name.
  5. To use the paper name only, select Use Name Only (Expert).
  6. Do one of the following:
    • Select the desired paper attributes and options.
    • To use the printer defaults, click a menu and select Printer Default.
  7. To add additional information about using this named paper, in Comment (Optional), type the information.
  8. Click OK.
