Phaser® 840: Cleaning for media jams at the lower tray |

After the video loads, click  to start the video. Back to Video List
- To clean for media jams at the Lower Tray, remove the upper and lower paper trays.
- Press an alcohol soaked wipe against the far left roller and use your hand to turn the far right roller five times.
- Repeat this procedure for the right roller.
- Replace the paper trays.
