Phaser® 840: Loading labels into the High-Capacity Transparency tray |

After the video loads, click  to start the video. Back to Video List
- To load label media into the High-Capacity Transparency tray, set the tray's media switch to Label.
- Before placing the label media into the tray, fan it to release sheets that are stuck together.
- Place the label media face up with the top to the rear of the tray.
- A load label indicates the tray's maximum capacity of approximately 100 sheets. To prevent media jams, do not load partially used label media.
