This feature lets you save the printer's address book to a "CSV" (comma separated values) formatted file. The default file name is "AddressBook_P6121.csv".

Click Save File to download the printer's address book. The File Download dialog box provides the option of opening or saving the address book file.

When you are satisfied with your selections, click Save Changes to keep the settings or Discard Changes to keep the previous settings.
