Color Adjustments

Use Color Adjustments to adjust particular characteristics of the printed color. Characteristics include lightness, contrast, saturation, and color cast.

  1. Click Print Settings > Image Options.
  2. Select the Color Adjustments subtab.
  3. To adjust Lightness: To lighten the colors in your print job, move the slider to the right. To darken the colors in your print job, move the slider to the left.
  4. To adjust Contrast: To reduce the contrast, move the slider to the right. To increase the contrast, move the slider to the left.
  5. To adjust Saturation: For full color saturation, move the slider to the right. For grayscale, move the slider to the left.
  6. To adjust Cyan to Red: To add more red, move the slider to the right. To add more cyan, move the slider to the left.
  7. To adjust Magenta to Green: To add more green, move the slider to the right. To add more magenta, move the slider to the left.
  8. To adjust Yellow to Blue: To add more blue, move the slider to the right. To add more yellow, move the slider to the left.
  9. Click OK.
