Horrible printer and customer service...ill i get is a bunch of apologies it's not us its Microsoft!!! i just want to scan and email the scanned PDF. Hours of wasted time! do not recommend Xerox...

I have had this printer since January, I can honestly say this is the worst printer, I have ever had, The Scanner keeps getting jammed, I changed the spring countless times and no change, when printing more than a few sheets of paper, the print quality is really really bad with colours. I have been back to the company I purchased from and on hold at Xerox for hours. Decided now to bin and start from new, with a new printer.

This machine has been nothing but trouble from the get-go. The toner doesn't last as long as it should (we've already spent on toner what the machine actually cost). Maybe this was a lemon, but it is truly a piece of junk.

We bought this printer for a smaller office but that makes quite a few copies It was inexpensive and does a wonderful job! It has great print quality and is very easy to use! I would highly recommend it. We loved its performance so much that we decided to replace it with the exact same model!
