Immensely frustrating
It is very complicated to use a custom sized paper in the by-pass tray.
Very very frustrating. For example, we wanted to print on a 8 x 10 cardstock paper. ... We changed settings in the actual printer, and still won't print.
It just boggles my mind how a good company could be so illogical in the internal programming of a printer...
I went out of my way to put in this review.
Our copier/printer is so logical that it automatically adjusts as it sees best.
