Has every feature at a great price

I purchased a new Xerox printer, copier, fax, and scanner a few months ago. For the price paid it has all the features needed and a few unexpected. The printer is fast and has excellent quality. We have many other printers and this one is the best.

Great Value for the money

This printer works well, prints in high quality, fast and efficient. The only problem we have had is the drum gets burn marks on it very easily when printing multiples due to heat I am thinking. But overall works great!

Worst printer ever

The connectivity of this printer is absolutely terrible. The print quality is very good but good luck with scanning to an email or to a connected computer. This is the first and last Xerox we will own.

miss my old dell printer

I wish they still made my old dell printer. this unit does not compare, and I would not recommend it to anyone. very difficult to use and nearly impossible to change settings that should be easy to access. haven't had it two months and it already sqeaks when printing.

Great product but suffers due to firmware issues

This is a great product. However, it suffers due to support and firmware issues. The firmware needs to be enhanced and updated to cover multiple problems, which are due to enhanced security issues implemented by internet email providers, with scanning to email and to scans directly to PC via LAN. Also, I have repeatedly contacted technical support which usually fails to connect to a living person. Email to support has never been returned etc. These are the two reasons that I knocked the ratings down 1 star.
