Great Printer

This is my 3rd Xerox printer over the years and I find their quality exemplary. All my Xerox printers have been bullet proof and I find this VersaLink B405 no different. The few times over the years that I have needed support, Xerox had been there and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. An enthusiastic thumbs up!

Find another printer......terrible, great when it actually prints, but unfortunately not does NOT print often

Far to difficult to set up and use......every 2nd print job bluetooth or wireless hangs and creates error. Admin account frequently locks.....Pass!!! The easiest things....bluetooth or wireless 1 page print jobs require 15 minutes to reset everything. Terrible waste of $700

This product is great and wish we had purchase the one with color.

As a company, we make plenty of copies for our clients. The quality of the printer is excellent. We have had this printer for 3 years and only had one issue. We were able to handle this issue without a service call. Xerox did an excellent job in building this printer. Kudos!!!!!!

Not happy with product

Not user friendly. Envelopes crease/crinkle when run through machine. Paper drawer difficult to open/close.

Lost track of the small things

incoming faxes, you have to go to machine. machine destroys envelopes. also setting seem to change over night.

This product is really good

I appreciate how easy it is to use this Xerox machine. It is easy to program to scan right to email, store on your desk. I program multiple users in with their address books. I like how it is small and can fit into a compact area.
