Printer Error

For all printer errors reporting a failure error on the control panel:

  1. Record the error displayed on the control panel.
  2. Press the Help (?) button to view information about the error.
  3. Record the error code number at the end of the information text.
  4. Open the interface cover.

  5. Turn off the printer.

  6. After the printer has completely shutdown, wait at least 10 seconds, and then turn on the printer.

  7. Close the interface cover.
