This is the procedure for installing your Xerox color printer on a TCP/IP network using a Macintosh computer. Click the links below to obtain detailed instructions on each step. After completing each step, use your browser's back button to return to this page.

Note: If you are using a Token Ring card, the card must be installed in the printer. If the card is not yet installed in the printer, install it now.

  1. Connect the printer to the network (click the type of interface you are using):

  2. Print a configuration page.

  3. Set up the Macintosh Ethernet port for TCP/IP.

  4. Create a desktop printer on your Macintosh:

This completes the configuration.
