You can adjust the intensity of the front panel's back lighting.

In the printer's front panel, scroll to
Menu;
press
Select.

Scroll to
Printer Configuration;
press
Select.

Scroll to
Default Printer Settings;
press
Select.

Scroll to
Set Front Panel Intensity;
press
Select.

To change the front panel back light intensity (0 is no back light, 10 is the brightest back light), press the up or down arrows.

To activate your selection, press
Select.

To return to the
Ready to Print
message, scroll to
Exit;
press
Select.
