When you see the front panel message "Media Jam: Open Front Cover To Clear," open the front cover and remove the jammed media.

If there is resistance, use the thumbwheel to help feed the media.
2. If you have frequent media jams behind the front cover, clean the lower, middle and upper feed rollers behind the front cover.
