After the video loads, click  to start the video. Back to Video List
When you see the front panel message "Media Jam: Remove Upper Tray To Clear," remove the upper media tray and remove the jammed media.
- If you have frequent media jams at the upper tray, check the User Guide to see if the correct paper weight is loaded.
- If the correct media is loaded, fan it to release sheets that are sticking together, or clean the upper tray's media pick roller.
