When you see the front panel message "Media Jam: Remove Lower Tray To Clear," remove the lower paper tray and remove the jammed paper.

1. If you have frequent paper jams at the lower tray, check the User Guide to see if the correct paper weight is installed.
2. Make sure the paper is loaded so there is no gap under the front edge.
3. If the paper is the correct weight and loaded properly, clean the lower tray's feed rollers.
