Phaser® 840: Loading sheet media into the Manual Feed Slot |

After the video loads, click  to start the video. Back to Video List
- To manually feed individual sheets of media, open the manual feed cover and adjust the paper guide for letter- or A4-size media.
- When the front panel prompts you, use both hands to insert the media into the feed slot until the printer begins to feed the media.
- When manually feeding Phaser 840 printer transparencies, orient the notch closest to you and on the right side.
- When manually feeding letterhead media, orient the letterhead face down and feed the top edge first.
