- To load paper into the High-Capacity Paper tray, separate the ream of paper into two stacks.
- Before placing the paper into the tray, fan it to release sheets that are stuck together.
- Notice that the front and back edges of the tray are angled. Skew the stack of paper so that it loads properly into the tray.
- Repeat this process for the remaining paper.
A load label indicates the tray's maximum capacity of approximately 500 sheets.
