Phaser® 840: Cleaning for media jams behind the exit cover |

After the video loads, click  to start the video. Back to Video List
- To clean for media jams behind the exit cover, open the front cover and the exit cover.
- Press an alcohol-soaked wipe against the black rollers inside the exit cover while turning the thumbwheel. Rotate each roller 4 to 5 revolutions.
- Repeat this procedure for the remaining rollers.
- Close the exit cover and front cover.
