Phaser® 840: Loading label media into the standard tray |

After the video loads, click  to start the video. Back to Video List
- To load label media into the standard tray, set the tray's media switch to Paper.
- Before placing the label media into the tray, fan it to release sheets that are stuck together.
To prevent media jams, do not load partially used label media.

The lower line of the load label indicates the tray's maximum capacity of approximately 50 sheets.
