Phaser® 840: Loading letterhead into the standard tray |

After the video loads, click  to start the video. Back to Video List
- To load pre-printed sheets, like letterhead, into the standard tray, set the tray's media switch to Paper.
- Before placing the letterhead into the tray, fan it to release sheets that are stuck together.
- For single sided printing, place the letterhead in the tray face up, with the top positioned to the front of the tray.
- For duplex printing, load letterhead face down with the top positioned to the rear of the tray.
A label indicates the tray's maximum capacity of approximately 200 sheets.
