- To clean for media jams behind the front cover, open the front cover and remove the maintenance drawer "A."
There are three sets of feed rollers to clean: the lower, middle and upper feed rollers.
- To clean the lower rollers, press an alcohol-soaked wipe against the white and black rollers while turning the thumbwheel. Rotate each roller 4 to 5 revolutions.
- To clean the middle rollers, press an alcohol soaked wipe against the far left roller and use your right hand to turn the far right roller 4 to 5 revolutions.
- Repeat this procedure for the remaining rollers.
If the wipe becomes dirty, discard it and use another.
- To clean the upper rollers, press an alcohol-soaked wipe against the black rollers while turning the thumbwheel. Rotate each roller 4 to 5 revolutions.
- Repeat this procedure for the remaining rollers.
- Put the maintenance drawer back in the printer and close the front cover.
