Solution

1. Remove the media tray named in the front panel display.

2. Using both hands, carefully remove the jammed media.

Prevention: Clean the feed rollers

• Remove all media trays for easy access to the feed rollers.

• Use a pre-soaked alcohol cloth to clean the lower trays' feed rollers.

Use isopropyl alcohol that is at least 90% pure; alcohol that has additives can damage the printer.
