Use the latch on the
front of the printer to open the top cover.
If the fuser is present,
turn the fuser locking lever to the right to release it, and then remove
it.
Warning: Be careful not to touch the sides of the fuser; they
may be hot.
Install or reseat the
fuser.
Turn the fuser locking
lever to the left to lock the fuser in place.
Slowly close the top
cover.
If the problem persists,
install a new fuser. See the installation instructions shipped with the
