This page displays printer information, and enables you to specify the printer name, location, printer contact, and asset number information.

Printer Model - The specific printer model configuration displays in this field.

Printer Serial Number - The printer's unique factory-assigned serial number displays in this field.

Printer Name - Enter the printer name, up to 31 characters in length.

Printer Location - Enter the printer location, up to 63 characters in length.

Printer Contact - Enter the name of the contact person for printer problems or issues, up to 63 characters in length.

Printer Contact Email Address - Enter the email address for the printer contact person, up to 63 characters in length.

Xerox Asset Number - Enter a Xerox tracking number for the printer as a capital asset, up to 32 characters in length.

Customer Asset Number - Enter your company's tracking number for the printer as a capital asset, up to 32 characters in length.

When you are satisfied with your selections, click Save Changes to keep the settings or Discard Changes to keep the previous settings.
