Tray 3 Failure

For all printer errors reporting a Tray 3 failure error on the front panel:

  1. Record the error displayed on the front panel.

  2. Press the i button to view information about the error.

  3. Record the error code number listed at the end of the information text.

  4. Turn off the printer.

  5. Remove the clips on each side of the printer.

  6. Lift the printer off the Tray 3 Feeder.

  7. Reseat the printer on the Tray 3 Feeder.

  8. Insert the clips on each side of the printer to secure the printer to the Tray 3 Feeder.

  9. Turn on the printer.
