Tray 3 or 4 Failure

For all printer errors reporting a Tray 3 or 4 failure error on the front panel:

1. Record the error displayed on the front panel.

2. Press the i button to view information about the error.

3. Record the error code number listed at the end of the information text.

4. Turn off the printer.
   
   

5. Remove the printer from the Tray 3 Feeder:

1. Remove the clips on each side of the printer.    

2. Lift the printer off the Tray 3 Feeder.
   
   

6. Remove the Tray 3 Feeder from the Tray 4 Feeder:

1. Remove the clips on each side of Tray 3 and Tray 4.

2. Lift the Tray 3 Feeder off the Tray 4 Feeder.
   
   

7. Reseat the Tray 3 Feeder on the Tray 4 Feeder.
   
   

8. Insert the clips on each side of the Tray 3 Feeder and Tray 4 Feeder.
   
   

9. Reseat the printer on the Tray 3 Feeder.
   
   

10. Insert the clips on each side of the printer to secure the printer to Tray 3.
    
     

11. Turn on the printer.
