Font Files Help

The Font Files page lists all fonts installed on the printer. Click the PostScript or PCL links to display a list of PostScript or PCL fonts. PostScript fonts display by default. The font list includes Font Name, File Name, and Font Storage information. An asterisk (*) by the Font Name indicates that the font is read-only and cannot be deleted. Display 20, 50, or 100 fonts per page by choosing a value from the Display Fonts Per Page drop-down box.

Find Fonts

To find a font, enter the font name or part of the name in the Find box, then click the Go button. The closest match will be displayed in bold in the font list.

Delete Fonts

You can delete user-downloaded fonts from the printer. Click the Delete Fonts... button to open the Delete Fonts page for the selected font type. Click the checkbox next to the font name, then click the Delete button to remove the font.

Note: Fonts that are stored in ROM cannot be deleted and will not be displayed on the Delete Font Files page.
