The Supplies Status page displays current status information of all installed printer supplies. This page is updated regularly according to the Polling Interval setting on the General Status page. For more information on these fields, see the General Status Help page.

Consumables

This section of the page displays status information for the consumable supplies used by your printer, such as print cartridges.

Print Cartridge - Displays the current status of the print cartridge. Possible values include Ok, Low, or Empty.

Routine Maintenance Items

Routine Maintenance Items are items that need to be replaced on a regular basis as their life expectancy decreases to prevent printer damage. When these items get low, the status message on the General Status page displays a warning. If these items run out completely, the status message on the General Status page displays an error. For more information on the status conditions, see Status Conditions on the Home Help page.

Note: The Maintenance Kit includes the Fuser, Transfer Roller, and feed rollers.

The printer provides an easy mechanism to order replacement supplies. Click the Order Supplies link to select and order supplies for your Xerox printer.
