Scan a document using the touch screen on your MFP, and the ConnectKey Share to Cloud solution converts the file and distributes it to a selected cloud service.

Sue scans a paper invoice at her team's MFP. The invoice is automatically placed in the team's secure Dropbox folder as an MS Word file.
Adam then views the invoice on his PC and checks the order accuracy. He updates the customer's mobile phone number on the invoice. He prints it directly from his smartphone for his customer via Xerox Mobile Print.
