We had bought a 840 Phaser printer that had the same part going out over and over. The techs that came out were only able to fix it for a very short time. After filling out a survey on the problems I ended up talking with your Product Support Specialist. He not only was able to help us resolve our problem and get a working unit, but was very pleasant to work with.

I've worked with a lot of customer support people and have never had someone be this kind and easy to work with. We are very pleased with how he has helped resolve our problem. He was knowledgeable and kind at the same time! This story has become a great story for Xerox support with everyone I talk to.
