I just wanted to take a minute to praise one of your tech support personnel. I had an occasion to telephone your tech support on March 21, 2001. My Tektronix 850 printer wasn't functioning properly and some obscure part had fallen into my lower paper tray. I was sure this would require a service call to my store.

As it turns out your Product Support Specialist located the problem and directed me to replace the part in it's correct position. She was thorough and extremely courteous, handling herself in a very professional manner. Many of us take the time to make a complaint. I wanted to make sure someone in your company knew of the asset you have in an employee such as your Product Support Specialist!
