I would like to take this time to share with you my reasons for complete satisfaction with your Product Support Specialist.

My name is Liz Post. I work for California State University Long Beach in Associated Students. In my office I have the Tektronix 740 printer. For one week now I have had problems with printing invoices. In the middle of the invoice the word (NEW) prints out. The department Network Administrator could not figure out how to resolve this problem.

I called your 800 number and selected customer support and was transferred to your Product Support Specialist. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone trying to trouble shoot the problem. After trying many different scenarios, your Product Support Specialist didn't believe it to be the Tektronix. He felt it was probably something to do with the server within our department. I then had our Network Administrator continue to look into the problem. Five minutes later, your Product Support Specialist called back and had me try something to see if that could be the problem. Sure enough he solved the problem. It was a watermark within the properties of the printer.

I am so impressed at the level of concern and helpfulness your Product Support Specialist displayed that I had to write and let you know how happy and satisfied I truly was. It is my honest opinion that your Product Support Specialist is an asset to your company. It was a pleasure working with him.
