Xerox Office Printing Business (OPB) Thank you for all your time and patience yesterday in helping me add my PC to the network so that I could print to my Phaser 790. I consider myself an apprentice techie, but when it came to configuring a second computer for printing, I was at a loss. Though it took nearly two hours, you patiently and clearly explained what we needed to do, and you worked with me to correct the glitches that kept me from being able to print from the PC. What might have been a complication (networking both a Mac and PC) was no problem at all because of your expertise with both platforms. When we were finished, I was able to print from my PC with no interruption in print or Internet capabilities on my Mac. Someone with less experience might have had me changing all sorts of things that would have caused problems with the Mac. In general, my experience with Xerox service and technical support has been outstanding. Service calls have been answered promptly, and technical support has been friendly and competent. But your Product Support Specialist, went above and beyond in sticking with me until we could hash out the problem. What could have been a frustrating, exhausting ordeal, turned out to be a pleasant learning experience. Your friendly, professional manner and technical knowledge are to be commended.
