Xerox customers can donate their used old printers and other technology to help make a difference in someone's life. Xerox has partnered with the National Cristina Foundation to provide used Xerox printers, and other equipment, to help non-profit organizations, public agencies, and schools that train people with disabilities, students at risk, and economically disadvantaged persons. Donation RequirementsPrinters must be in working condition to qualify for donation through the National Cristina Foundation. NCF can also accept donations of used working computers, monitors, and other peripheral equipment. Visit their website to learn more. Donation ProcessXerox customers completes an online donor submission form. This form requests information on the donor's company name, contact information, and basic specifications for the printer(s) and equipment that a customer wishes to donate. NCF matches the donated printers equipment with one or more of its partner organizations in the geographic area in which the customer is located. Donated printers are removed by NCF's partner organizations Donated equipment is usually picked up by NCF's partner organizations. There are no fees charged to donors or recipients for NCF's services. Once the donated technology is received by a partner organization, NCF will provide the donor with a letter acknowledging the donation, which states the Fair Market Value for tax purposes and information where it has been placed. Donors are also provided with a receipt for tax purposes stating the Fair Market Value of the donated equipment and information about where it has been placed. | ![]() | |||||
