U.S. Rebate Terms and Conditions

Instant Rebate Conditions:
Instant rebates are available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase a new eligible product/model during the promotion period from the Xerox Direct online store or from a participating Xerox authorized channel partner. See http://www.xerox.com/office/rebate for list of eligible products/models, rebate amount and effective dates of the promotion period.

Customers who purchase an eligible product from Xerox Direct will receive the applicable instant rebate which will be reflected in the final purchase price. Participating Xerox authorized channel partners may provide end-user customers who purchase an eligible product with up to the applicable instant rebate amount at the time of sale. No instant rebates are available for remanufactured or demonstration products. Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user customer. Xerox Corporation may amend these instant rebate terms and conditions from time to time. Instant rebates are limited time offers and are available only while supplies last. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Back-end Rebate Conditions:
Back-end rebates are available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase a new eligible product/model during the promotion period from a participating Xerox authorized channel partner or from the Xerox Direct online store. See http://www.xerox.com/office/rebate for list of eligible products/models, back-end rebate amount, offer code, effective dates of the promotion period and claim by date. Unless otherwise provided, transactions directly with Xerox (e.g. Xerox Purchase, Lease or Rental Agreement) are excluded because the pricing for such transactions typically includes the rebate amount.

End-user customers must submit a rebate request online at: xerox.com/office/claim by entering their end-user customer contact information, offer code, purchase information (purchased from, purchase date), and eligible product/model and configuration. End-user customers must print the submission fax cover sheet that is generated by the online rebate submission tool and fax the completed online rebate claim submission fax coversheet, device startup page and a copy of the purchase invoice to the fax number indicated on the fax coversheet no later than claim by date for the promotion. Limit of 20 back-end rebates per product per rebate period, unless otherwise specified in writing. Unless otherwise stated, Xerox factory remanufactured devices and demonstration devices are eligible for 50% of the rebate amount for a new device. See below for additional terms and conditions.

Trade-Up Rebate Conditions:
Trade-Up rebates are available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase a new eligible product/model during the promotion period from a participating Xerox authorized channel partner. See http://www.xerox.com/office/rebate for a list of eligible products/models, back-end rebate amount, offer code, effective dates of trade-up promotion period and claim by date. Unless otherwise stated, transactions directly with Xerox (e.g. Xerox Purchase, Lease or Rental Agreement) or the Xerox Direct online store are excluded from the trade-up program).

End-user customers must submit a rebate request online at: http://www.xerox.tradeups.com by entering their end-user customer contact information, offer code, purchase information (purchased from, purchase date), eligible new product/model and configuration, and eligible trade-in product. End-user customers must print the submission fax cover sheet that is generated by the online rebate submission tool and fax the completed online rebate claim submission fax coversheet, device startup page and a copy of the purchase invoice to the fax number indicated on the fax coversheet no later than claim by date for the promotion. Xerox must receive the eligible trade-in product within 30 days of receiving shipping instructions, or the claim by date for the promotion, whichever first occurs. Limit of five trade-up rebates per product per rebate period, unless otherwise specified in writing. Demonstration units are not eligible for any trade-up rebates. See below for additional terms and conditions.

General Conditions Applicable to Back-end Rebates and Trade-Up Rebates:
Only purchases by U.S. end-user customers with a valid U.S. mailing address are eligible; Xerox channel partners, resellers, agents, dealers, distributors, e-tailers and retailers are not eligible. Rebate checks are payable in U.S. dollars and are mailed directly to end-user customers. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of rebate check.

Unless Xerox provides otherwise in writing, back-end rebates are not combinable with special pricing (defined as 20% less than Xerox's published estimated retail price), or any other rebate offer. Only one rebate for each device purchased is eligible.

All rebate claims are subject to Xerox final review and approval. End-user customers should keep copies of all rebate submission documents; all documents submitted to Xerox become the property of Xerox and will not be returned. Xerox retains the right to request additional information when processing a rebate submission request. Xerox is not responsible for lost, late, missing, or illegible rebate submissions, or misdirected submissions. If a rebate submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no rebate will be issued. In order to accept the rebate, a rebate check must be cashed or deposited no later than the date stated on the check. Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user customer.

Rebates on leased products are conditional upon complete performance of all lease conditions. Rebates for public sector sales are processed as automatic price reductions through the Xerox channel partner at the time of purchase.

Xerox Corporation may amend the back-end rebate, trade-up rebate, or general rebate conditions from time to time; end-user customer must acknowledge and accept the current terms and conditions at the time a rebate claim is submitted. This is a limited time offer; offer valid only while supplies last. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Additional Rebate Conditions -- the following Back-end Rebates are combinable with Eligible Instant Savings Offers

Phaser 6180 or 6180MFP Bundle Offer with High Capacity Black Print Cartridge
The bundle offer for Phaser 6180 or 6180MFP with High Capacity Black Print Cartridge (Part Number: 113R00726) is available for end-user customers who purchase a new Phaser 6180 and High Capacity Black Print Cartridge, or a new Phaser 6180MFP and High Capacity Black Print Cartridge, from a participating authorized Xerox reseller or Xerox Direct between January 1 and March 31, 2009, while supplies last. The Phaser 6180 and High Capacity Black Print Cartridge, or Phaser 6180MFP and High Capacity Black Print Cartridge, need to be on the same invoice, and customers are eligible for a back-end rebate in the amount of USD$100 (so that the ERP after rebate for the High Capacity Black Print Cartridge is the same as ERP for the Standard Capacity Black Print Cartridge which is USD$89.99). Offer limited to one (1) High Capacity Print Cartridge per customer. Xerox must receive the completed rebate claim submission fax coversheet (provided at the time of claim submission), printer startup page and a copy of the invoice (containing both the Phaser 6180 and High Capacity Black Print Cartridge, or Phaser 6180MFP and High Capacity Black Print Cartridge, no later than April 30, 2009. Free Rainbow Pack for Phaser 8560 or 8560MFP
A Rainbow Pack (one stick each of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) at no additional cost. The Free Rainbow Pack offer for Phaser 8560 or Phaser 8560MFP is available for end-user customers who purchase a new Phaser 8560 or Phaser 8560MFP from a participating authorized Xerox reseller or Xerox Direct between January 1 and March 31, 2009, while supplies last. Customers are eligible to receive a Free Rainbow Pack (USD$115 value), in the form of back-end rebate. Xerox must receive the completed rebate claim submission fax coversheet (provided at the time of claim submission), printer startup page and a copy of the invoice no later than April 30, 2009. Trade-up Offer for Phaser 8560, 6360 and 7760
The trade-up offer of USD $50 back-end rebate for Phaser 8560, USD$50 back-end rebate for Phaser 6360, and USD$250 back-end rebate for Phaser 7760 are valid for end-user customers who purchase a new Phaser 8560, 6360, or 7760 between January 1 – March 31, 2009 through a participating authorized Xerox reseller, with an eligible trade-in product.
