1. HOW TO ENTER: Participants enter Sweepstakes #8680 by registering online at www.xerox.com/nextfest. Entries will be accepted from 12:01 AM PST, September 13 through 12:59 PM PST October 31, 2007. The date of the drawing is November 30, 2007, Winners will be posted by December 1, 2007 at www.xerox.com/office/winners.

   Only one entry per person and one entry per household. A completed online registration is required for each entry. All required fields must be completed to qualify.

   Electronic entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries become the property of Xerox.

   By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Xerox, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all damages, costs, expenses, and other liabilities, including damages for personal injury or damage to property, whether the damages are direct or indirect, and regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, which may be due to or arise out of participation or any involvement thereof or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of the prize.

   All entries become the property of Xerox. Entrants constitute their permission for Xerox to make use of their entries and agree to the use of his/her name in any promotional activities related to this giveaway without further compensation. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Xerox's privacy policy. Xerox is not responsible for any lost, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries.

ELIGIBILITY: This offer is open only to individuals who reside in and are physically located in the 50 United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (upon verification of prize eligibility, misrepresentation of age requirement will void the entry). This offer is not open to Public Sector employees where such an offer would violate laws, regulations, or policies.

   Xerox employees, distributors, resellers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. 3. PRIZE AWARDED:
   One prize, a Xerox 8560/N Color Laser Printer with an approximate value of $799 (USD), will be awarded. Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash, and must be accepted as awarded, but Xerox has the right to substitute, at its sole discretion, another prize of equal or greater value for any prize described herein. The prize value ($799 USD) is an approximate retail value and does not include taxes, shipping or duty charges. The prizes will include insured shipping within the 50 United States.
4. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING IDENTIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNER: Xerox will conduct a random drawing on November 30, 2007. The chances of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize winner will receive notification by one of the following methods: phone and/or e-mail or certified mail. The winner will be required to execute and return to Xerox an Affidavit of Eligibility within ten (10) days following attempted notification.

   If the selected winner has not complied with the Official Rules, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or does not respond within the specified time period, an alternate winner will be selected. Only one prize permitted per person. The prize is not transferable and no prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted. Xerox reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.

   Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Xerox to use the winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Xerox is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable Website network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.

   Xerox is not responsible for any delay, error, failure, problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of electronic mail or entries due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination therof, including injury or damage to any entrant, entrant's computer or to any other computer related to or resulting from participation in, or downloading materials for, this promotion.
