Customer Download Instructions: Trial Version Self-Extracting File(s)

Standard Version

1. Download the self-extracting executable to a temporary folder.
2. Double-click the resulting executable, ffsend_t.exe.
3. When the program runs, it will extract all files to the temporary folder created in step 1.
4. In the folder selected in step 1, there is a file \English\Docs\SMARTsend Installation Guide.pdf. View the SMARTsend Installation Guide.pdf for additional instructions about installing and using the FreeFlow™ - SMARTsend™ application.
5. In the folder created in step 1, double-click on \English\Launch.exe.

Professional Version

1. Download the self-extracting executable to a temporary folder.
2. Double-click the resulting executable, ffsend_pt.exe.
3. When the program runs, it will extract all files to the temporary folder created in step 1.
4. In the folder selected in step 1, there is a file SMARTsend_Pro_Trial\SMARTsend\English\Docs\SMARTsend Installation Guide.pdf. View the SMARTsend Installation Guide.pdf for additional instructions about installing and using the FreeFlow™ - SMARTsend™ application.
5. In the folder created in step 1, double-click on SMARTsend_Pro_Trial\SMARTsend\English\Launch.exe.
