Realy bad i buy couple days ago this printer. Price is very cheap but no working good. Is too hot,always make some error example,have error024-... something about paper,i must always power off printer when i will try to print another document im very desapointed January 4, 2015
PROBLEM- Printer gets stuck First of all , the printer gave me good impressions. Speed- Good Quailty- Good Price- Good However, within just 4 days of use, the printer has started causing problems. Does not print more than 3 pages as the warning light blinks after the first print and stops at the 3rd. There seem to be no solution eventhough i reset the machine. This has just disappointed me and i wantt a solution asap. Hope the xerox team could help me out on this March 19, 2014
This is junk product. I will never buy or use Xerox products Printer not worked within the warranty period for no reason. The replacement printer also did not work within short time. It was manufactured only in March 2013. But the customer service department is saying they cannot replace based on the original faulty printer purchase date. I will never buy or use Xerox products November 17, 2013

I have Purchased Phaser 3040 1) Serious Paper Jam problem using the Phaser 3040 2) Very difficult to remove the Paper when gets stuck in the Header part and their is no easy way to pull it out 3) The Plastic very agile breaks easily 4) The cost of repair is more than the Printer cost 5) No proper support I am suffering using this printer and no solution provided by the company August 3, 2013

Phaser 3040 always gives error when taking prints Legal size The Xerox Phaser 3040 Printer is not giving prints when i tried to print the document which is in Legal Size and giving error code 024-958 saying mismatch of paper size where as the paper size is correct i.e. placed papers are legal Same problem in all our 200 printers. till date no solution . This product FAILS! My company has several of these printers and half of them have given the same problem within three (3) months. At some point, it feeds several pages that become stuck unless they manage to go through. After that, the printer starts making grating/grinding noises and gives problems loading the paper and, therefore, printing. It now has to be serviced. Also, it gets very hot. Additionally, if the paper size does not match the actual paper in the printer, such as 8.5 x 11 printing on A4, the printer prints three (3) pages, displays an error (024-958) indicating the paper size does not match and to change it. It should allow the print to continue instead of reprinting the same pages. January 23, 2013
