Phaser™ 6140 4.3 5 24 25 Great product, pretty easy to use! We use this product to print publicity materials that we would otherwise send to a print shop. We've saved money and retained tight control over quality. It produces high quality material, is really fast, and holds a lot of paper. Having to go through several menu settings in order to re-set the paper size is a bit of a hassle. We've noticed that the warning that the ink is running low and needs to be "replaced soon" appears long before the ink cartridges actually run out. We've gotten at least another hundred pages of color printing out of the toner before the actual "replace now" light goes on. Given how expensive the ink cartridges are, we try to wring every last page out of each color! May 26, 2010 Phaser 6130 We ordered 12 for our school and all came with dried up laser cartridges. Xerox was fantastic about replacement and soon had them all working. The cartridges are expensive and don't do well with generic cartridges. My preference for the future will be back to HP's - they are workhorses October 27, 2011 Good for my needs I bought this printer to replace my large format printer for every day printing. I had a paper handling problem when I first set it up, but Xerox sent me a replacement part and it has run perfectly since then. It is a little slow, but still quick enough to meet my needs. An inexpensive addition and continues to save me money in operating costs. October 20, 2011 Great Printer at a Great Price It was easy to set up the printer, the print quality and color accuracy are very good. We have used the printer for 2 months without any problems. I would recommend this printer. March 16, 2011 Works well for us. For a desktop model I really appreciate that it does not take up a lot of space. We use it for various types of documents. We use 8.5x11 as well as 8.5x14 sizes and it prints both with no problem.
