Xerox is committed to responsible and environmental business practices. The Xerox Green World Alliance is a valuable recycling program that minimizes environmental impacts of printer supplies and provides options to throwing away empty containers.

Our supplies recycling programs have kept thousands of tons of supplies out of landfills. We lead the industry in alternatives for used supplies, including print cartridge reprocessing, waste toner reuse, plastics and metals recovery and turning waste into energy.

Take advantage of the Xerox Green World Alliance today: If you have more than 30 used Xerox supplies to return please use the Bulk Return process.

Individual Returns Process
  1. Place the used consumable in the bag1 from the new consumable, and seal the bag with tape.
  2. Package the consumable in the box and seal the box with tape.
  3. Select your product through the menu below.
  4. Select the supply item you'd like to recycle.
   1If new item packaging does not contain a bag, it is not required for this consumable and you can skip this step

If you are returning multiple items, print one label for each container that you are returning. Each container must have an original UPS label.

Only authorized Xerox return labels will be accepted. (Customers may be charged for use of unauthorized return labels or photocopies of Xerox return labels) One Xerox return label must be affixed to each individual carton (1 LABEL PER CARTON).
