Great little all around print, copy, scan and fax machine. My staff has been very happy with it. Does not have issues with paper jamming on large print jobs.

Our use case is scanning packing lists/delivery receipts to email to notify managers of deliveries in a timely manner. They then mark up the PDF scans and print as needed back to the warehouse. The scanning ADF works reasonably well with folded and spindled, if not mutilated, documents. The print quality took some tweaking to get it darker, the eco-mode is a no-go. In a rough environment it is still running fine.
THERE IS NO PC in the warehouse, but the warehouse manager was able to get up and running with about 5 minutes of instruction. That's a good testament to usability in my opinion! It's almost like Xerox has been doing office machines for a long time......

Rated 4 out of 5 by BRIAN28 This had done what it needed to do!
Bought this after burning out other equipment three years ago. Do quite a bit of work to where the printer was the main use in the beginning and now going paperless and using the scanner now mostly. Once you get the routine it fine in my eyes because of the constant speed it maintains. Have another type of multi-function printer and it just really slow with large folders. Thinking about replacing this with another one of these. Figured this review should be written. The fax part of the machine has been flawless, but like most of the fax machines as compared in the past are slow. Went for the Concierge Support. Got the notifications quite a bit in the beginning and had one about a month ago. It has been dependable. Had the feeder replaced by Concierge Support this year and asked them to check over the machine and everything was adjusted and had nice clean print. The service man was on time. Like that and did what needed and was gone like the wind. There was some frustration in the beginning, but used phone support and they answer like most support with other companies. Being from the Midwest, and Support from the west coast, have to keep in mind the time change when contacting them. They have always been nice and helped me with every issue. The machine is fast enough for me and even though I do not have the optional paper tray, it would have been a nice addition when copying was mostly being used. Have an old Xerox 126 copy machine that still works and it has the larger plate that I really like. This only has the smaller glass plate. After being serviced the quality matches the older machine. Using a few other Bother machines and some of the features I do like about them this is much better. Received one bad cartridge and after accepting it a short while, contacted Xerox and they replaced it for no cost. All of the other machines in the other offices are for large production work and the company has been with Xerox for decades. The service has always been reliable and they make every attempt to get someone as soon as possible to service their product. The same occurred with this machine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lisa Lots of breakable parts!
I have been working with this machine for over a year. It has a ton of parts that break on a regular basis. The machine was jamming up paper for 6-8 weeks. It would print/copy one then jam the next one over and over. The tech who came to fix the machine, felt he need to print/copy test runs in the amount of 75 sheets/test. One repair session, he used over 300 sheets of paper and 40 % of the tonner cartage. I was so upset over the lack of professional service. If he planned on using the amount of supplies he went though, he should have brought his own paper and toner! The feed tray has been repaired 4 times and the last time the tech broke it to the point, he had to have a whole another tray shipped to my office. This disabled my machine for 36 hours. The bypass door/tray is very hard to open, most of the time it feels as if I am ripping it off the machine to pop it open. And then even if you put paper into the bypass tray it will not use it unless you change a lot of settings on the machine and the software telling it to use the bypass tray. Last item, is the Wi-Fi access, my office purchased a laptop over the summer. I spent way to many hours trying to set up the wireless print functions. I still have not been successful at setting it up and it will not print off the network cable when attached to the laptop. I have given up trying to figure it out and now I save items to a flash drive in PDF format to move to the desktop for printing..... If I was offered to REPLACE this machine with another I WOULD and it would NOT be another Xerox.

I like the product. I think the GUI is a bit too technical. Any issue is resolved right away via support.

Rated 3 out of 5 by zipped.power Beware of the lack of support for MAC OS X
The printer does everything I wanted in a b/w multifunction. But the big issue is the lack of support for OS X 10.11. Xerox is extremely lousy in terms of supporting mac operating system. So take that into account while buying this. (FWIW, it was working fine till Yosemite).
