Still alive and kicking in a Warehouse!
Our use case is scanning packing lists/delivery receipts to email to notify managers of deliveries in a timely manner. They then mark up the PDF scans and print as needed back to the warehouse. The scanning ADF works reasonably well with folded and spindled, if not mutilated, documents. The print quality took some tweaking to get it darker, the eco-mode is a no-go. In a rough environment it is still running fine.
THERE IS NO PC in the warehouse, but the warehouse manager was able to get up and running with about 5 minutes of instruction. That's a good testament to usability in my opinion! It's almost like Xerox has been doing office machines for a long time......

This is a great all-around product but it is not suitable for fine, copy details.

Disappointing
Decent features, we like the all-in-one for our small office. Not easy to access them though - speed dialing is not one touch (that we had in our old Canon) so it seems like entering the number every time is quicker than speed dialing. Scanning works well, easy to use. Copying & faxing are slow, with added step of "updating data" when done (message that flashes on when job complete - can't do anything until it's completed). For the money spent I expected much more (and thought Xerox would have been on the forefront). Thought we would have gotten a significant upgrade going from Canon to Xerox but I liked the simplicity & ease of use of our old Canon.

NOT USER FRIENDLY
WE HAVE FOUND THAT THIS IS NOT A USER FRIENDLY MACHINE. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO STAND AND HAVE TO TRY AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO SOMEHTING SO SIMPLE AND IT TAKES 20 PLUS MINUTES TO FIGURE IT OUT OR JUST LET IT GO AND DO IT SOME OTHER WAY.

Solid printer
Easy to setup & configure. Good print quality, reasonable supply cost.
Fast first sheet. Only drawback, no blank sheet suppression......

the interface is complicated. it could be made easier. too many steps to do the simple tasks.

Great Machine
Perfect machine for my small office and now I have a scanner. Really works well, excellent quality prints, copies, and scans.
Will replace my older (very old) Xerox when it burns out (if it burns out).
I'm not too wild about the software as I find it dificult to use. It may just be me but it should still be easy to use.

We got this machine a couple of months ago. Our Secretary said it was too complicated and she couldn't figure it out and could only use it as a standard copy machine. About a month later, we got a new secretary and then it did everything it said it would on the box. New secretary said setup was easy and quick, using discs and instructions that came with it in the box.
(1st secretary did not do much work and blamed the machine, among other things, for her lack of productivity. She no longer works for me.)
