Rated 4 out of 5 by Brian Still alive and kicking in a Warehouse! Our use case is scanning packing lists/delivery receipts to email to notify managers of deliveries in a timely manner. They then mark up the PDF scans and print as needed back to the warehouse. The scanning ADF works reasonably well with folded and spindled, if not mutilated, documents. The print quality took some tweaking to get it darker, the eco-mode is a no-go. In a rough environment it is still running fine. THERE IS NO PC in the warehouse, but the warehouse manager was able to get up and running with about 5 minutes of instruction. That's a good testament to usability in my opinion! It's almost like Xerox has been doing office machines for a long time...... May 16, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 Great multi use all in one printer! I have used this printer for over 2 years with only one problem Xerox service was very responsive and took care of it to my complete satisfaction. I have used every service it supplies and it worked well and fast I have recommended to all the people I have conversed with on the subject of multi use all in one printers!. September 2, 2015

Rated 1 out of 5 by Too bad worst printer I have ever used This printer started out to be a decent printer, but shortly after starting to use different features we found that it would not always wakeup when a print job was sent to it. Upon contacting Xerox support we were told it had to be plugged directly into a wall outlet. We all know that is not possible when sitting in a cubicle in the middle of the floor. Still the one we had that could be plugged directly into the wall outlet still experienced the same problem. As our software upgraded we acquired more and more problems with printing until it was just a waste of time and less expensive to buy a brand new printer to replace each of the three of these we have. They have never worked well and after using a new brother mfc that functions correctly I see just how much time the Xerox wasted with all its problems. By the way we spent many hours online and with our IT department trying to fix the different issues including buying a brand new computer and creating a new profile to make sure the problems really were with the printer. Rated 4 out of 5 Excellent copier and printer While the copying and printing is excellent, it is not an intuitive product. Scanning a document with delivery to a computer is an exercise in frustration. The online instructions are verbose and not much help at all. I keep a second printer for scanning and faxing. Faxing using the WorkCentre can be hit and miss. I have worked with and purchased this type of equipment for 34 years as a practicing attorney. I gravitated to Xerox because of its reputation but I am not sure if I would purchase a Xerox product of this type again. Perhaps Xerox is more interested in developing systems and machinery for more advanced commercial environments. June 25, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by MedOfficeOwner WC 3325 has main printed circuit board problem, be aware! DO NOT buy WC3325. It has a problem with the main board which does not recognize new toners at times( a known Xerox problem). Xerox customer service is mediocre at best. Large corporation like Xerox really need to fine tune its customer services so it would not drive away customers. May 19, 2015
