Great little all around print, copy, scan and fax machine. My staff has been very happy with it. Does not have issues with paper jamming on large print jobs.

Our use case is scanning packing lists/delivery receipts to email to notify managers of deliveries in a timely manner. They then mark up the PDF scans and print as needed back to the warehouse. The scanning ADF works reasonably well with folded and spindled, if not mutilated, documents. The print quality took some tweaking to get it darker, the eco-mode is a no-go. In a rough environment it is still running fine.
THERE IS NO PC in the warehouse, but the warehouse manager was able to get up and running with about 5 minutes of instruction. That's a good testament to usability in my opinion! It's almost like Xerox has been doing office machines for a long time......

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lisa Lots of breakable parts!
I have been working with this machine for over a year. It has a ton of parts that break on a regular basis. The machine was jamming up paper for 6-8 weeks. It would print/copy one then jam the next one over and over. The tech who came to fix the machine, felt he need to print/copy test runs in the amount of 75 sheets/test. One repair session, he used over 300 sheets of paper and 40 % of the tonner cartage. I was so upset over the lack of professional service. If he planned on using the amount of supplies he went though, he should have brought his own paper and toner! The feed tray has been repaired 4 times and the last time the tech broke it to the point, he had to have a whole another tray shipped to my office. This disabled my machine for 36 hours. The bypass door/tray is very hard to open, most of the time it feels as if I am ripping it off the machine to pop it open. And then even if you put paper into the bypass tray it will not use it unless you change a lot of settings on the machine and the software telling it to use the bypass tray. Last item, is the Wi-Fi access, my office purchased a laptop over the summer. I spent way to many hours trying to set up the wireless print functions. I still have not been successful at setting it up and it will not print off the network cable when attached to the laptop. I have given up trying to figure it out and now I save items to a flash drive in PDF format to move to the desktop for printing..... If I was offered to REPLACE this machine with another I WOULD and it would NOT be another Xerox.

Rated 5 out of 5 by dlpitt GUI a bit techy
I like the product. I think the GUI is a bit too technical. Any issue is resolved right away via support.

Rated 3 out of 5 by zipped.power Beware of the lack of support for MAC OS X
The printer does everything I wanted in a b/w multifunction. But the big issue is the lack of support for OS X 10.11. Xerox is extremely lousy in terms of supporting mac operating system. So take that into account while buying this. (FWIW, it was working fine till Yosemite).

This little machine is a great value for a small office. It's compact and networkable and there is an expanded paper tray offered. The scan and print quality are excellent.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Frustrated Don't waste the extra money on the bypass tray.
Scans, faxes and copies OK but to email a scan to someone set up in the address book still takes 6 to 8 clicks at the centre console and don't make a mistake because you will have to start over. Duplex scanning is possible but elusive. We did it once or twice in practice and could not access the selection when we needed it. The biggest disappointment is that the bypass tray will not auto-select. You have to pull out the paper tray for the equipment to select the bypass tray...waste of time and annoying to get an email informing you that you are out of paper. We ordered the high-capacity by-pass tray to conveniently print to stationary and numbered documents. Don't load your check forms in the main tray because they will not draw in the proper order since they have to be loaded face down. Envelope printing is not correctly formatted using Word and again, if you do not pull out the bottom drawer, it prints to paper.
