no service to initalize product I have submitted numerous requests for someone to come out and initalize the product. We have not used the work center since having purchased it. I am sure this is a great product but the lack of response has been aweful. If anyone can help Please contact me via email. May 12, 2013

This product is great for any business. Color quality is very clear and true color The color on this printer is great. Very good clarity on color prints. This has been an execptional device for an all in one printer. I would recommend this for any business. May 10, 2013

PRIMARY PRINTER/COPIER The Xerox 6400 is a product that has wonderful features and capabilities. We use this machine everyday for copy and printing. I do have some roller clips that have given us some problems and breaking before they should but overall good product. May 10, 2013

its work great but too bulky need to come up for printing envelope and labels in workcenter 6400. it is very complicated time consuming. May 9, 2013

Good Grief! Ten keystrokes to print a label?? I don't have time for that. Today's offices are incredibly busy, with management responsibilities given to administrative assistants. We have no time to deal with equipment that is labor intensive--especially all-in-one printers. In addition, the fact that there are two files for each piece of paper that you scan is mind-boggling, as the Xerox files need to be deleted on the computer after scaning. The next time the developers start to think about designing a new printer, please bring in several admins to help--they know what a printer needs to do. And it is certainly not making 10 keystrokes to print a label. February 12, 2013
