Great Printer For The Money
Our compay owns several Xerox Phaser 8560 MFP machines. They are used constantly and do a really good job. The color copies are especially good! I can't imagine a company or individual not being happy with this product.

Excellent Product-Phaser 8560MFP
Not only is the Phaser easy to use, it is also relatively compact and very eco-friendly. Overall a great quality All-In-One for ther budget-conscious small office. We use the Phaser to scan and convert our public records into electronic document format. We also use it to print brochures, flyers, advertisements, and the Board Agenda. Very reliable machine. We are very happy with this Xerox product.

Amazing Machine - Incredible Value
I purchased this machine used from one previous owner. This machine is a beast It can do everything: double sided scanning, automatic feeder, fax print copy. Loads of options. The colors are fantastic and despite some of the reviews here I disagree that this eats up ink. IT DOES NOT. The ink is consumed very efficiently and lasts a long time and I am running this machine constantly! I've never had any errors, or any issues whatsoever, unlike with previous machines I've owned. It's so easy to set u and use, it has great self-maintenance features. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended

I would not recomend this unit for the reasons listed in my review
I purchased this machine to replace an HP MFP because I was tired of the HIGH COST of the SMALL HP ink cartridges that would dry up before I used them up.
The thought of the solid ink is great if the machine works right which mine never has.
YES I can load the whole machine with every color ink in less than 5 mins. but its use of the ink is EXTREME.
Xerox had to send a tech out 4 times in the first to months and replaced all of my ink twice. The machine WOULD NOT power down into standby mode and would use ink like mad.
The quality of the printed page is GREAT BUT the unit even when disconnected from the network and the phone line powered up 17 times in a 9 hour day causing major ink waste. ALSO the FAX WILL NOT WORK if even ONE ink color is LOW. Xerox's cost of ink is also VERY HIGH. Other suppliers can supply me with a box or 3 blocks of each color and 6 blocks of black for just a little more than what Xerox wants for one box of 3 blocks of a color.
If they could perfect the unit so it would stay in STANDBY MODE when NOT CALLED ON TO PRINT then it would be a perfect printer.
I would VERIFY that ANY of XEROX'S solid ink machines will say in standby mode when not in use otherwise YOU CAN EXPECT to pay out big time for a lot of wasted in for once it's heated up and not used it goes into the WASTE BIN to be thrown away unable to be reused.

overall quality poor
I have had this printer for over three years, I could never keep it operating for over two months without something going wrong. The drivers never support constantly have to update at this point I cannot get drivers to support it from anywhere, I could never get the scanner function to work correctly to scan to a computer. Every time it would create a problem. I'm considering buying a new printer but at this point I would never, never purchase a Xerox printer again.

Worst Copier ever. I have jamming problems with this every day. Once this breaks down completely i am going to beat it because of all the stress this has caused me at work trying to get things done on time. Takes me sometimes 30 min to finally get it working

Great When it Works, Just Doesn't Work Often Enough
I was initially thrilled to be moving up from home office class equipment into what I considered to be genuine small business equipment for our company of 11. Several thousand dollars later we had our 8560MFP which initially worked quite well. Great print quality from the solid ink, minimal consumables, though the inks weren't as cheap as I was initially led to believe. We only ever used genuine Xerox inks and high quality paper. We had several service visits in the first year, eventually receiving an entire print engine replacement which they failed to program with the correct serial number which led to other problems. We had frequent issues with clogged print nozzles (the cleaning process also uses a considerable amount of expensive ink). The printer would spontaneously lose a day on its calendar causing faxes to report the wrong date and time stamps. Scans were tempermental at best and would bring down the whole printer if you asked it to compress the image in any way. After about 2 years the colors started coming out all wrong and now it anytime it tries to print red it ends up printing more of a blue-purple color. Every other day or so it needs to be restarted because it claims that the scanner has malfunctioned. Because of ALL of these issues, we'll be looking at a different brand for our next printer.

Buying this product was an unfortunate mistake
Although we like the solid ink, that is about the only good thing that I can say about this unit. I think that we must have been sent a complete lemon, as we've had multiple problems with it from day 1. We've had it serviced twice, and now that the warranty has expired, it is sitting here as a completely unusable boat anchor. It constantly says that the scanner is disconnected (even though we have tried all possible fixes), and therefore won't function at all anymore. We've had this unit for 17 frustrating months, and I think that we will be shopping for something different.
