Xerox products and solutions help K12 schools cut costs, operate more efficiently and improve student performance.

Skokie School District

Experience the joy of "hue-phoria" that the Xerox ColorQube multifunction printer brings to a school district in Skokie, Illinois.

A North Carolina School District

Challenge: Printers were scattered everywhere, had poor print quality, and the district couldn't determine how much the devices were really costing them.

Solution: Xerox proposed a strategy to replace standalone black and white devices with Xerox color MFPs. Xerox ColorQube technology with its three-tier pricing gave teachers the ability to add color to lesson plans for the cost of black and white.

Wilkes-Barre School District

Challenge: When the Wilkes-Barre School District in Pennsylvania decided to do something about its antiquated and arduous student enrollment process, it turned to Xerox and a key Xerox partner, SRC Solutions Inc.

Solution: Together we created a digital enrollment system that combines our advanced multifunction printers (MFPs), a customized scanning solution from SRC, and Xerox DocuShare™ document management software.

Clovis Unified School District

Challenge: Teachers and staff were tied up with labor-intensive administrative chores instead of student instruction.

Solution: Xerox replaced outdated stand-alone copiers with multifunction systems at all 39 school sites; an integrated "hub and spokes" document management system has streamlined scanning from school sites to central print shop eliminating teacher chores and reducing cost per copy.

Manteca Unified School District

Challenge: The school district needed a print shop and imaging solution. It also needed to manage its documents online.

Solution: Xerox replaced 70 stand-alone devices with MFPs, a DocuTech production printer and Digipath software, FlowPort scanning/routing software, and a DocuShare enterprise license. The combination met the customer's print shop and Internet publishing requirements.

Wall Township Public School District

Challenge: A New Jersey public school district wanted to eliminate the inconvenience of long lines of users waiting for queued print jobs or equipment that needed resources when faculty and staff went to retrieve documents output to any of the district's 20 networked Xerox printers.

Solution: Follow-You Printing® capability of Equitrac Express® software, along with EIP-enabled Xerox devices, holds print jobs in a secure server allowing users to authenticate themselves and release documents at the Xerox device of their choice. The increase in convenience and productivity immediately won over faculty and staff. In addition, the requirement for a user to be at the device in order to print has dramatically reduced paper consumption by eliminating wasteful, unclaimed print output.
