Terrible Machine.

We have owned this product for a little over 2 years and it never works. We have bought new print cartridges because it says it needs one before it prints again and the printer will not work. We also contacted customer support because the machine said that we needed to replace the yellow cartridge, which we did 3 times (yes we had to buy three yellow cartridges) and the problem still exists. We received a response from the company that they can send someone out for $299 for the first 30 minutes and $69 for every 15 minutes after that, plus the cost of materials and tax. I would not buy this printer if you are in the market and let me say, I do not write reviews on any product but when I spend $1000 on something that doesn't work I will gladly take the time.
