Complete a brief form.
Download the free, secure Xerox eConcierge software application.

3. Get free service

Have Xerox eConcierge installed for at least 30 days
Make at least two supplies purchases per printer to extend their coverage
Coverage for each supported printer lasts as long as you order their supplies through Xerox eConcierge
